Jermaine Chiverton was born in the United Kingdom and is a graduate of the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. He received his Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in 2014 and was the recipient of the Honorable Miss Justice Madge Morgan Memorial Prize for Trial Advocacy.
